Experience Community Through Small Groups
Because experiencing community is so vital to our growth as Christ-followers, adult small groups compose a major element of the Parkcrest ministry. Among the wide variety of group opportunities are: those of a teaching variety (i.e. ones whose focus is that of a particular topic or issue); those that have a special focus (i.e. all single adults, all women, all men, etc.); those of a support nature (i.e. Celebrate Recovery, cancer support, etc.); and finally, fellowship groups (i.e. those whose appeal is that of a more general audience). We are currently registering people for attendance in one of a number of fall 2009 small group options. To view all available small group possibilities, click on Daily Listings to the right. To sign-up for one of these groups-or for assisstance in finding a group-simply click on the Small Group Registration Form to the right. The majority of these connection-promoting gatherings will launch as of the first week of October.
Please note that several of our fall 2009 groups will be using as their specific study focus what we are calling "message-based curriculum." This will be small group discussion material which will follow the theme and focus of the previous weekend's sermon. The most recent message, as well as the week's message-based group lesson (starting October 2009), will be available for downloading as of Sunday afternoon.
